Cusps

Those who draw their first breath when one sign is giving place to another are said to belong on the Cusp, and so partake of the characteristics of both signs. This may be an advantage or a disadvantage, according to the harmony or in harmony of the signs. Six days in a sign is said to constitute a residence, but anything less than this time endows one with some of the qualities of the preceding sign.

The ancients gave the cusp children liberty to select their own colors and jewels from the two signs, and considered them related to the planets of both. Any other cusp information can easily be gleaned by the study of the two signs.

Pisces/Aries Cusp - Mar. 15 to Mar. 25

Here we have the union of the feet— understanding—and the head—intellect. This means unusual brain power and the ability to carry projects, schemes, and details to successful conclusions. These people always have something new on hand. They are the advance guard of civilization. Their remarkable kindliness and enthusiasm concerning people and events make them very fascinating and very helpful friends and companions. Their loyalty is something that can be depended upon.

The magnetic qualities of this cusp give the natives great power as healers and comforters. Their tact is something to be emulated. They do not shine as logicians, for in their eyes there is something far above logic; this is intuition, and it seldom fails them. There are splendid clairvoyants and clairau-dients here. The women, as a rule, though fond of men's society, are not attracted to marriage. These are the people who are kept out of scrapes by the experiences of others. The men are more eager to marry, but generally look well before they leap.

Cleanliness, inside and out, is the genius of this cusp. Now and then a man may be very dissipated, but it is unusual to find a sensual or a brutish one. They warm the hearts and cool the passions, and may be called the comforters of the world.
